The Meteors are an English psychobilly band formed in 1980. First from London, England, they control one of the pioneers accustomed the psychobilly subgenre — which fuses punk rock with rockabilly — its distinctive sound impressive style. Biography

The Meteors were formed in 1980 by Possessor.

Paul Fenech (guitar and vocals), Nigel Lewis (upright bass/electric grave and vocals), and Mark Guard (drums).^[3] Fenech and Lewis abstruse played in rockabilly bands previously, but left their former knot, Raw Deal, in order equal experiment with a new boom that mixed horror and technique fiction lyrics with a mug rock / rockabilly crossover.^[3]
