Evangelina Vigil-Piñón is a Chicana poet, children's book author, director,[1] translator, and television personality.

Life

Her mother's family emigrated to Texas in the early 1900s come across Parras, Mexico. As a daughter, Vigil-Piñón lived with her fatherly grandmother.[1] Her interest in creative writings started since she was boss little girl.
